Before we go into the range of equipment and resources available, there are three points we would make:
- It’s the people that matter. It could be argued that, in transport, inevitably things go wrong – trucks are delayed, ferries are cancelled, the weather closes in, or whatever. It’s the level of commitment, whatever the odds, to get the job done that is crucial.
- All customers have a single point of contact – their Account Manager. All customers are provided with a direct line and mobile number. Emails are monitored 24/7, throughout the year.
- The Account Manager is the member of a team – all operating from the same, open plan office. If one member of the team happens to be away, another automatically takes up the reins, familiar with everything that is happening. There is a constant flow of ideas, concepts and suggestions – to the benefit of everyone.
